The community leaders in our partner teams have extensive experience and immense capacity to impact change through their projects. Project Corazón simply fills in the gaps; we attend to the skills, resources, and capacities that our partner teams identify as their area of need and desired growth.
Project Corazon primarily works with our partner teams to build capacity in key skills relating to the success of a program/organization. These trainings may include topics such as program development or evaluation, financial planning, fundraising, marketing, global networking, and much more.
In our capacity building role, we design trainings internally according to our expertise, provide ongoing mentorship, and link our partner teams with external resources and experts as needed.
We love to learn together with our partner teams. With a commitment to growth, we build each other up as we exchange ideas, skills, and resources.
